Role Overview: We are looking for Area Sales Manager with a strong background in Business Development and Sales across Gujarat- B2B & B2C . The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling a range of products such as Textile Composite products DG sets, pumps, motors, switchgears, compressors, cables, LED lights, electrical project solutions , and other engineering goods. This role will serve diverse sectors, including industries, real estate, hotels, hospitals, contractors, and government institutions . Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in various markets, including industries, real estate, hotels, hospitals, contractors, and government institutions . Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Product Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of products such as DG sets, pumps, motors, switchgears, compressors, cables, LED lights , and other electrical equipment . Offer expert advice and solutions tailored to customer requirements across different industries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Provide after-sales support and act as a point of contact for any service-related queries or issues. Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits, technical specifications, and solutions. Create customized solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with their project requirements. Project Sales: Work closely with clients on large-scale electrical projects, offering consultations and technical support to drive project success. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring profitability for the company.
