Senior Manager Sales Business Development

You are urgently seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager in Sales/Business Development for an MNC 3PL industry in Delhi. As a Manager/Sr. Manager in Sales/Business Development, you will report to the Country Head and should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in the B2B sector with exposure to 3PL. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers to maximize warehouse utilization in the North region, particularly in the Automobile and FMCG industries. Your key duties and responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to position the company as a premier Third-Party Service provider, strategically managing the warehouse operations in alignment with the company's policies, and generating leads across various industry verticals. You will be required to proactively seek out business prospects through cold calls, references, and other lead generation methods, updating sales leads in the CRM, and converting potential leads into customers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining strong communication and relationships with potential customers, understanding their supply chain requirements, and proposing solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency. It will also be your responsibility to ensure smooth contract implementation and address any issues promptly by collaborating with the Management/Operations team. This role requires you to work from Monday to Friday with working hours from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM.
