Experience Level: 6-8 years

Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM operations

- Hands-on experience with tools such as CleverTap/Moengage, Adobe Analytics, and Appsflyer

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skillsRoles & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Communications Leadership:

- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing communications calendar

- Track delivery reports and funnel metrics, sharing insights with marketing & category teams

- Lead CRM initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and retention

2. Strategic Content and Campaign Management:

- Partner with the content team by providing strategic feedback based on campaign learnings

- Design and execute data-driven, customer segmentation-based campaigns aligned to business goals

- Collaborate with cross functional teams(data/product/tech) to define cohorts, offers, and campaign briefs for creative and copy

- Manage large-scale campaign scheduling, including DLT, WhatsApp template approvals, and coordination across teams

3. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

- Deliver performance analysis and insights to ensure continuous CRM optimization

- Conduct deep dives into campaign performance to maximize channel effectiveness

- Run experiments and A/B testing to drive campaign performance improvements
