Training & Manpower Assessment Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of Interactions Internal SPD HQ – Sales,BTST, Warehousing & Logistics , Technical cell Field Team – RCCM, CCM , RSPMM – Promotion of Parts Retails CX Team – Customer complaint resolution, IT- IT related support & initiatives External Channel Partners – Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence ,Network development ,Training and Manpower Assessment. Desired Candidate Profile Education :B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) Work Experience : Minimum - 5 years Maximum -10 years. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM Other Skills Strategic Thinking- short and long term planning Analytical skill –Capability to analyse data, identify trends and proactively takes decisions.
