Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and driving the Spares sales strategy of the Region through the Service & Retail network. Your main goal will be to achieve desired Parts Sales, Consumption, Penetration, and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Off take & Retail of Spare Parts Business - Spares Processes implementation - Spares Audits - Spares Promotion - Retail Network Development - Market feedback & benchmarking - Training & Manpower Assessment Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) - Work Experience: Minimum 5 years, Maximum 10 years Additional Details: The company interacts with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Internally, you will collaborate with the SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, Technical cell, Field Team (RCCM, CCM, RSPMM), CX Team for customer complaint resolution, and IT for IT-related support & initiatives. Externally, you will engage with Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, Training, and Manpower Assessment.
