Job Description

Monitor and review policies and systems to ensure relevance and initiate changes to improve property management processes.
Ensure building services meet required standards and expenses are within budget.
Develop and maintain good communication and relationships with tenants and suppliers.
Coordinate and carry out improvement and upgrading works in response to tenant requirements.
Enforce and monitor various work programs to maintain smooth operations and ensure SOPs are adhered to.
Manage ad-hoc projects such as infrastructure and system upgrades, providing input on requirements to meet operational needs.
Provide guidance and expertise to the team in resolving issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee plan implementation and conduct system audits, exploring continuous process improvements and ensuring timely reporting.
Prepare and collate information for monthly management reporting, analyzing variances from budget.
Participate in annual budget preparation and collect stakeholder feedback for service and infrastructure maintenance/upgrades.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of property management services and equipment procurement, ensuring sustainability objectives are implemented and ESG measures are initiated.
Possess sound knowledge of building M&E systems, including BMS and BAS monitoring.
