As a Property Manager at Stanza Living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be leading and thriving in the hospitality sector by overseeing end-to-end property operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional resident experiences. Joining our vibrant team means being at the helm of the residence's day-to-day operations, collaborating with a team of Housekeeping & Security professionals, and providing top-notch service quality in areas such as Food, Housekeeping, Security, Internet, Laundry, and Social events. Your role will also involve understanding resident requirements, acting as the Single Point of Contact for students, parents, and management, maintaining records for seamless unit functioning, representing Stanza Living in sales activities, providing on-ground support during emergencies, coordinating property repairs and maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations without any food shortages. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage day-to-day property operations for top-notch service quality - Lead and coordinate Housekeeping & Security professionals and vendors - Ensure excellent service delivery in various areas - Act as the Single Point of Contact for residents and management - Maintain records and data entries for seamless unit functioning - Represent Stanza Living in sales activities and provide on-ground support during emergencies - Coordinate property repairs and maintenance and ensure no food shortages **Requirements:** - Openness to relocation and staying within the property premises - Background in hospitality or housekeeping is mandatory - Freshers and experienced candidates from a hospitality background are encouraged to apply Join Stanza Living, a community-driven company, to create exceptional living experiences for our residents.
