Senior Manager Projects (Tourism)

Key role and responsibility mainly includes project management, preparation of work plan

and planning of work schedule, coordinating with relevant sub consultants, co-ordinating

Submissions by team, project development and Client Communication and stakeholder

interaction.

Experience in Project Management and Client Co-ordination is important. Experience in

managing clients, with understanding of government procedures and other details. Having 

experience in Business Development and Tender - Bid Submissions will be an asset.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for planning, scheduling and supervising the assigned projects across India.

· Conducting on-site investigations and analysing data. Preparation of site visit notes and minutes of meetings

· Willing to travel for Business Development, Project Meetings and Site Visits

· Attend site meetings and client meetings with regard to assigned projects

· Prepare Bid Document & entire support during bid management process

· Maintaining project files on the submissions and other documents like MoMs, client

requirements etc. in both hard copy and soft copy

· Project billing / invoicing as per targets and collection of payments from client.

· Supporting the team in bid submissions, meeting prospective clients,

· Following up on closure for assignments in hand.

· Handhold the project and ensure hassle free project closure

· Preparing and maintaining the tracker on requirements from client and respective replies/submissions 

· Any other task assigned by reporting manager

Other Requirements

·       Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture, Masters in Architecture / Urban Design / Urban Planning / MBA / MTA

·       Experience  : 8 - 12 years
