Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of
ground-mounted solar power projects
from planning to commissioning
Oversee project execution including
civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities
Prepare and monitor
project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with EPC teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations
Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues
Manage BOQ finalization, material planning, and vendor coordination
Track project milestones and ensure
on-time project delivery
Prepare and present
MIS, DPRs, and progress reports
to management
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of projects

Candidate Profile:

BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
810 years of hands-on experience
in
ground-mounted solar projects
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of
EPC execution, site management, and commissioning
Experience in handling multiple project sites simultaneously
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required
Immediate joiners preferred
