Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage
Government / PSU sales
across assigned regions
Identify and track
government tenders, bids, and RFPs
through GeM, CPPP, and other portals
Prepare and review
tender documentation
, technical & commercial bids
Liaise with
government departments, PSUs, utilities, and nodal agencies
Develop long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams for
pricing, approvals, documentation, and compliance
Ensure timely submission of bids and adherence to tender guidelines
Monitor tender outcomes and support
order finalization and execution handover
Track collections, payments, and compliance related to government orders
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and policy updates

Candidate Profile:

Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA preferred)
8-10 years of proven experience
in
Government / PSU sales
Strong knowledge of
tendering processes, GeM portal, and government procurement systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Willingness to travel as required
