We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with LLB who will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for a listed company , managing legal affairs , overseeing corporate governance , and handling new company formations and related legal documentation. The role involves working closely with senior management and external stakeholders to protect the organizations legal and regulatory interests. Key Responsibilities: Compliance with Listing Regulations: Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other listing obligations. Coordinate and manage all stock exchange filings, disclosures, and investor communications. Board & Shareholder Meetings: Prepare agenda, minutes, resolutions, and related documentation for Board, Committee, and General Meetings. Maintain statutory registers and records. Company Law & ROC Filings: Ensure timely filings of returns and forms with ROC under the Companies Act. Draft, review, and update the Memorandum and Articles of Association as required. New Company Formation: Handle incorporation procedures, name approvals, drafting incorporation documents, and obtaining regulatory approvals. Legal Advisory & Contract Management: Draft and vet commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and legal notices. Provide legal advice on corporate matters, joint ventures, and acquisitions. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including FEMA, IBC, RBI, Labour Laws, etc. Handle secretarial audit, internal audit, and coordinate with external legal counsel as required. Litigation Support: Assist in managing ongoing litigations and legal proceedings. Liaise with lawyers, prepare responses, affidavits, and support documentation. Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead and manage fundraising oversight, financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to legal and organizational financial requirements, while supporting strategic financial planning through accurate analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Oversight: Collaborate with senior management to identify fundraising opportunities. Coordinate with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding. Maintain records and reporting related to fund inflows and utilization. Ensure compliance with financial covenants and donor reporting standards. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with statutory and internal policies. Prepare journal entries, general ledgers, trial balances, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely recording and classification of transactions in Tally Prime. Monitor inventory and asset records via ERP tools. Statutory Payments & Returns: File monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile ITC. Ensure accurate TDS deductions, payments, and timely filing of returns. Handle statutory notices and liaise with tax authorities as required. Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other financial laws. Maintain all records in compliance with statutory requirements. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of financial statements and variances. Generate MIS reports to support decision-making processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare financial dashboards and present insights to leadership. ERP & Software Utilization: Utilize Tally Prime for daily accounting, inventory, invoicing, and tax processing. Generate required financial statements and reconciliations from ERP systems. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA Inter/ Final preferred, but not mandatory. 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting standards. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in managing fundraising processes is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a proven ability to develop high-quality designs from concept through production. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD, or equivalent). - Perform detailed mechanical design of parts and assemblies ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality. - Interpret product requirements and translate them into technical designs and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering to optimize design performance. - Conduct tolerance analysis, interference checks, and support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA). - Support prototype builds and testing; incorporate feedback into final design iterations. - Maintain design documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and revision history. - Provide technical support during product development and manufacturing phases. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and CAD modeling. - Proficient in at least one major CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX). - Solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, materials, tolerances, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). - Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter) is a plus. - Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in [industry-specific] product design (e.g., automotive parts, medical devices, consumer electronics). - Familiarity with FEA or simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation). - Knowledge of sheet metal, plastic injection molding, or machining processes. - Exposure to ISO, ASME, or other design/drawing standards.
