Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

The Incumbent would be Responsible for Order Processing to Execution, Sales Co-ordination.
Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of Customer orders/queries/Schedules based on the contract entered in the system.
Enter all customer order lines in line with the customers requested delivery date, Pending Order Status.
To monitor the progress and complete execution of an order.
To be proactive in communication with Supply Chain in the event of shortages and use Supply Chain resource effectively to support customer business efficiency.
Reporting of deviation of delivery to customer.
To co-ordinate customer visits and visits of other sales personnel from branches.

Execution of project from customers and organizations point of view within the stipulated time and cost. Ensure timely supplies, Coordinate with QA, Site engineers, Contractors, Order Execution. Get drawing approvals, prepare progress reports.
