ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and support projects. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong ownership of project delivery, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful ERP project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing enterprise ERP projects, working directly with customers, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation models.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure adherence to scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project governance, status meetings, and executive-level updates.
• Manage customer expectations, risks, and escalations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate ERP functional, technical, integration, and support teams.
• Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Risk, Issue & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Proactively manage issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with project standards.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in ERP project management or delivery roles.
• Strong experience managing customer-facing ERP projects.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain domains.
• Exposure to ERP integrations, data migration, and reporting initiatives.
• Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred).
