Position Overview:

creative and versatile Design & Video Manager

The ideal candidate is a seasoned, skilled designer and dynamic video editor who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable using modern tools from Adobe to AI.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Direction

  • Create graphics, layouts, and sales/marketing assets for digital, social, print, and events.
  • Develop visuals for ads, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of design trends to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across campaigns.

Video Production & Motion Graphics

  • Edit and produce videos for social media, ads, webinars, and training content.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and kinetic typography for marketing assets.
  • Integrate stock footage, AI video/voice tools, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
  • Adapt videos to multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, paid ads).
  • Add audio elements — music, voiceovers, and sound effects — for polished results.

Tools & Technologies

  • Design:

    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma (optional)
  • Video Editing:

    Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (optional)
  • Motion Graphics & Animation:

    Adobe After Effects, Cinema4D or Blender (bonus)
  • Audio Production:

    Adobe Audition, Audacity, AI voice tools (Descript, Murf, Eleven Labs)
  • AI Video Tools:

    Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia
  • Stock Libraries:

    Adobe Stock, Envato Elements, Motion Array, Artgrid, Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in graphic design and video creation & editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing videos, motion graphics, and digital design.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with AI video/voiceover tools and stock asset integration.
  • Strong storytelling skills and understanding of digital/social content formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Experience in B2B software or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
