How will you make an impact in this role
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of Enterprise Communications cross cutting and portfolio management projects from initiation to implementation. Ensures visibility across other tech teams and business stakeholder groups of the status and any outstanding risks and issues. Identifies, supports, and/or actions next steps to resolve impediments to delivery. Ensures project meets compliance and regulatory obligations with the highest quality of deliverables. Will provide regular project status updates to peers and leadership.

Individual contributor working in a team responsible for handling cross cutting tech and portfolio management projects or programs.
Role to be based in Gurgaon or Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross Cutting Program Management
Drives execution on defined projects or tasks in low to medium-complexity environments
Develops project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
Monitors and communicates progress of project delivery by cost, scope, schedule and including the assessment of risks/issues
Identifies the project critical path and closely manage those activities
Identifies inter-team and external technical dependencies
Facilitates technical conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design)
Works within and across team(s) to track status of risks, issues and impediments to the project delivery and escalate accordingly
Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery
Take meeting minutes and drive any actions assigned
Tracks key project achievements and any lessons learned
Portfolio Management:
Drives execution of portfolio projects and activities including but not limited to hiring, tech budget, business unit reviews, vendor partner management, software licensing and colleague engagement
Define portfolio KPIs and tracks and monitors their compliance against SLAs/SLOs
Tracks key project achievements, drives retrospection and drives actions to closure
Be the SPOC for the portfolio to cater to senior leaders offices requests.
Scope Impact and Influence
Responsible for tracking delivery, and activities related to low to medium complexity initiatives by adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure program goals are met.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in related field required
Prior relevant Technology and business work experience
Ability to work with Engineers, Product vendors to achieve project goals
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to facilitate technical & non-technical meetings and discussions
Ability to collaborate across teams and bring different opinions to consensus
Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and business partners
Understanding of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques
Ability to coordinate change in a dynamic environment and influence others
