Senior Manager - Procurement

Job Purpose

• To oversee the formulation and execution of business contracts related to Admin, IT, FM, CapEx, Manpower Contracts & non-engg disposal and manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and ongoing management.
• Ensure effective contract management, compliance, and coordination with the Head Procurement (Non-Strategic)

Key Accountabilities

Contract Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of contract management for the sub-departments.
• Ensure that all business contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and negotiate contracts as necessary

Sub-Department Coordination:

• Liaise with sub-department heads to understand their contract needs and objectives
• Collaborate with Admin, IT, Non-engg disposal teams as well as all corresponding teams for CapEx and Manpower Contracts to align contract strategies with overall business goals

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to business contracts.
• Implement and enforce compliance standards within the contract management process.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.

Vendor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Evaluate vendor performance against contract requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
• Prepare regular reports for the Head Procurement (Non-Strategic) on contract status, compliance, and performance.

Experience :

• 13-15+ years of exposure to contracts management, procurement, and logistics/materials management.
