Job Description

Job Profile: • Meeting shipping lines in person to develop the relations. • Negotiation of freight rates with Ocean Carriers / Transportation companies. • Develop relations and business with Ocean Carriers / Transportation companies • Maintain weekly report on inquiries generated versus business secured • To coordinate with overseas partners and develop business synergies and maintain contract with overseas partners. • To ensure timely responses and quote submissions to network offices for RFQs and business enquiries. • To support Sales & Business Development initiatives for Land & Sea Forwarding by visiting customers if required by the business • Monitoring and facilitation of progress of cost saving and yield improvement plans through continuous vendor management and development initiatives.
