Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Budgeting:

• Prepare and maintain standard costing models for products, processes, and projects.
• Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure accuracy in BOM (Bill of Materials), overhead absorption, and allocation methodologies.

MIS & Reporting:

• Design and deliver periodic MIS dashboards for management (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Prepare profitability analysis for business units.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget).
• Develop and monitor KPIs for cost control and performance tracking.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Provide cost-benefit analysis for new projects, products, and investments.
• Partner with operations and procurement teams to drive cost efficiencies.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure costing processes comply with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support internal/external audits by providing necessary costing & MIS data.
• Implement process improvements and automation in reporting systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 810 years of experience in costing, financial planning & analysis, or MIS reporting, preferably in manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Leadership skill.
