As a Capital Expenditure (Capex) Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing the planning, execution, and optimization of Capex initiatives to support the long-term Manufacturing and Operations Strategy. Your responsibilities will involve driving investment decisions, operational improvements, and cross-functional alignment to facilitate business growth, efficiency, and innovation across global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the annual and long-term Capex strategy aligned with business objectives - Oversee the planning, justification, and execution of Capex projects, including facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and new production lines - Lead cross-functional project teams through the full investment lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, business case development, risk assessment, ROI modeling, approval processes, and implementation - Track and report on Capex budget performance to ensure accountability, transparency, and value delivery - Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, capacity planning, and scalability - Evaluate and drive footprint optimization, global sourcing, and site rationalization or expansion - Lead scenario planning and strategic modeling for future capacity, product flows, and manufacturing technology deployment - Collaborate closely with various teams to align Capex and operations strategy with broader company goals - Provide strategic input to leadership on investment priorities, risk mitigation, and performance metrics - Lead change management efforts related to new operational initiatives and capital projects Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance, preferably from a Top Management Institute - 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in Alcoholic Beverages, FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industries - Strong analytical skills in investment analysis and financial KPIs This is a high-impact role that directly influences the long-term operational capabilities and strategic investments of the company.
