We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing efforts across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels for a diverse set of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital platforms, analytical thinking, and proven experience in managing both teams and clients.
This is a role that combines strategic planning, campaign performance management, and people development. You will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes, enhancing digital strategy for clients, and guiding a growing team of marketing professionals.
• Leads strategy, performance and account management on all key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc) for a variety of clients.
• Be responsible for full client management process from enabling acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a team of 10-15 people reporting into you and be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
• Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10 accounts.
• Work with leadership to modify strategic plans to provide expert advice, strategic thinking and guidance to client on all digital campaigns and delivery.
• Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts.
• Are a tech Graduate/MBA with an experience of 5 - 8 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy
• Have hands on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and experience in planning and managing the advertising spends with clients over last 5 years.
• Have team handling experience for at least 1-2 years.
• Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills.
• Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint etc
• Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
