Job Description

As a Strategic Planning professional in the media and brand industry, your role will involve creating and delivering optimal Mx, which is defined as Connection x Context x Content. You will work closely with the Audience Architect to develop growth target personas and include them in planning tools, buying audiences, and addressable segmentation. Allocation of budget across channels based on audience and objectives in collaboration with econometrics and attribution specialists will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will recommend the best content and context based on client briefs and strategies, ensuring the overall experience and articulation of how channels work together. Your input on the measurement framework, including KPIs and methodology, will be crucial in collaboration with specialists and Mx measurement teams. Key Responsibilities: - Create and present Mx Story to clients - Develop Mx guidelines in collaboration with internal specialist teams - Ensure quality control on plan recommendations against Mx delivery - Provide insightful post-campaign optimization - Contribute to client satisfaction - Ensure optimal Mx delivery - Ensure audience planning and data integration from Mx brief to Mx measurement Qualifications & Languages: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising - Advanced proficiency in English Soft Skills & Competencies: - Understanding of the business - Proactive initiative-taking - Focus on performance - Building collaborative relationships - Proficiency in media and media planning - Expertise as an Mx Champion (Connection, Context, Content) - Omnichannel knowledge - Strong negotiation skills - Elite Programmatic skills - Data processing and management abilities - Proficiency in Marketing Strategy Technical Skills: - Proficiency in advertising technologies - Experience with operational performance management tools (e.g., Pilot, Magnitude) - Familiarity with audience planning tools (e.g., Polaris) - Proficiency in office software This job requires at least 8 years of professional experience in strategic planning within the media and brand industry. Your role will demand a comprehensive understanding of advertising technologies, operational performance management tools, audience planning tools, and office software. Your expertise in Mx, along with strong negotiation skills and collaborative abilities, will be essential in delivering optimal Mx experiences.,
