Role Overview: As the Media Development Team Leader at PivotRoots, your main responsibility is to define and design media experiences for a portfolio of clients. You will be implementing the Mx Development process to ensure optimal Connection x Context x Content. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Audience Architect to develop growth target personas and integrate them into planning tools and audience segmentation. - Allocate budget across channels based on audience and objectives, working closely with econometrics and attribution specialists. - Recommend appropriate content and context based on client brief and strategy. - Deliver overall media experience and demonstrate how different channels work together. - Establish a measurement framework including KPIs and methodology in coordination with specialists and Mx measurement teams. - Create and present Mx Story to clients. - Develop Mx guidelines in collaboration with internal specialist teams. - Ensure quality control on plan recommendations against Mx delivery. - Provide insightful post-campaign optimization. - Contribute to client satisfaction by ensuring optimal Mx delivery. - Manage audience planning and data integration from Mx brief to Mx measurement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising. - Proficiency in English (Advanced). Additional Details of the Company: PivotRoots is looking for a Media Development Team Leader with at least 8 years of professional experience in strategic planning, particularly in the media and brand industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of business, demonstrate initiative, focus on performance, build collaborative relationships, and excel in media and media planning. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Mx Champion (Connection, Context, Content), omnichannel strategies, negotiation skills, elite programmatic techniques, data processing, marketing strategy, advertising technologies, and operational performance management tools such as Pilot and Magnitude. Familiarity with audience planning tools like Polaris and proficiency in using office software are also required for this role. Contract Type: Permanent.,
