Senior Manager - Offline Marketing

Role Overview - As Senior Manager – Offline Marketing at Battery Smart, you will lead the planning and execution ofoffline marketing efforts across cities—boosting brand visibility, driving user acquisition, and enabling partner success. This role demands strong field understanding, vendor leadership, and campaign execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities - 1. Strategy, Planning & Budgeting Own the offline marketing roadmap aligned with business and growth goals Design scalable, hyperlocal campaigns to promote battery swapping adoption Plan and manage quarterly/annual budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness 2. On-Ground Execution & Events Lead field campaigns: rider activations, roadshows, partner launches, city expansions Coordinate with city ops and cross-functional teams for smooth implementation Evaluate performance through reports and data-led insights 3. Branding, Collaterals & Installations Oversee production and distribution of flyers, POS material, merchandise, etc. Drive physical branding across swap stations, partner sites, and last-mile vehicles Ensure brand consistency, timely rollouts, and quality audits 4. Vendor & Partner Marketing Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, logistics, and execution Negotiate terms, define SLAs, and ensure reliable delivery Execute co-branded campaigns with OEMs, fleets, and channel partners 5. Localized Content & Video Production Manage regional shoots for explainer videos, testimonials, and field stories Collaborate with creative and ops teams for brand-aligned content Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) 5–7 years of relevant experience in offline/BTL/field marketing Strong execution, vendor, and project management skills Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in on-ground campaigns Comfortable with occasional travel (1–2 times per month) for field execution Show more Show less
