Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Architecture and DevOps teams, setting strategy aligned with goals.
  • Manage platform teams for developer tooling, CI/CD systems, scalable infrastructure.
  • Design automated build, deployment, integration processes; implement IaC with tools like Terraform.
  • Architect AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, reliability, cost efficiency.
  • Spearhead automation, observability in pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kubernetes).
  • Assess, execute DevOps practices; facilitate development-operations collaboration.
  • Oversee solution implementation, deployment, integration for quality and sustainability.
  • Provide strategic leadership; shape technical strategies, oversee execution.
  • Guide teams through AWS modernization, migration; build competencies, support culture change.
  • Mentor staff, oversee output quality, promote growth.
  • Design enterprise platforms; collaborate on requirements, lessons learned.
  • Use DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Actions or similar); implement security scans, secrets management (e.g., KMS).
  • Ensure resources for trials, launches; provide technical support, update KPIs, deliver training.
  • Build analytics dashboards; liaise with IT, business groups for alignment.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years in architecture and DevOps.
  • 3+ years managing 10+ people.
  • Experience in AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Software/systems architecture design.
  • DevOps experience in AWS.
  • Cross-functional work with engineering, product managers; refine requirements.
  • Lead teams through cultural change.
  • Mentor, grow talent.
  • Strategic thinking for modernization.
  • Strong organizational, communication skills.
  • AWS, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, observability.
  • Complex problem-solving, analytical skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, computer skills.

Qualification Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
  • Experience leading modernization, migration to AWS.
