Senior Manager OEM Sales and Planning

Job Description: In this role as Lead and Mentor, you will guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on planning and order fulfillment for OEM customers. Your main focus will be to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives aligned with overall OEM sales targets and business objectives. - Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for OEM clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. - Act as the primary contact for strategic OEM customers regarding planning, order status, and fulfillment. - Collaborate closely with OEM Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure coordination and alignment of sales forecasts with operational capabilities. - Analyze and enhance planning and order fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the planning and order fulfillment team. - Proactively resolve complex customer issues related to order delays, discrepancies, or planning challenges. Qualifications Required: - Proven leadership experience in guiding teams focused on planning and order fulfillment. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization tailored to OEM requirements. - Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships. - Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and OEM customer demands to inform planning strategies and identify growth opportunities. - Ability to implement best practices and utilize technology to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes.,
