As a Talent Acquisition Leader for GCC/IT Captive clients, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes to build high-performing teams aligned with business priorities. Your role will involve strategic hiring and planning, recruitment execution, team leadership and operations, as well as stakeholder and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and design workforce plans. - Develop strategic hiring plans aligned with project and business goals. - Build and manage a talent pipeline for niche and high-demand IT roles. - Lead employer branding and market mapping initiatives. - Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Collaborate with internal recruiters for high-quality hiring delivery. - Refine selection processes, interview frameworks, and assessment tools. - Monitor recruitment analytics for time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. - Build capability within the TA team through training and best practice sharing. - Oversee recruiting operations including MIS reporting and process governance. - Ensure compliance and data accuracy across all recruitment systems. - Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and deliver high satisfaction levels. - Design candidate experience surveys for continuous improvement. - Manage compensation benchmarking, salary fitment, and offer negotiations. Qualifications Required: - 9-15 years of progressive experience in IT recruitment with GCC or Captive center exposure. - Expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and team leadership. - Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in recruitment metrics, data analytics, and sourcing tools. - Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
