Senior Manager/ Manager - Talent Acquisition (IT / Tech Recruitment) - GCC

As a Talent Acquisition Leader for our GCC/IT Captive clients, your role will be crucial in driving end-to-end hiring processes to build high-performing teams aligned with business priorities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers for talent forecasting and workforce planning. - Developing strategic hiring plans in line with project and business objectives. - Establishing a robust talent pipeline for niche IT roles and leading employer branding efforts. - Managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality hiring delivery. - Mentoring and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. - Overseeing recruitment operations, including MIS reporting and process governance. - Ensuring stakeholder engagement and delivering a positive candidate experience. To excel in this role, you should have: - 915 years of progressive experience in IT recruitment, preferably in GCC or Captive center hiring. - Expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and team leadership. - Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, with a focus on engaging niche talent. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in recruitment metrics, data analytics, and modern sourcing tools. - A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
