Position: Senior Manager / Manager – B2B Enterprise Sales (New Client Acquisition)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager / Manager – B2B Enterprise Sales to lead new client acquisition efforts across India. This is a high-impact role for a true sales hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving business growth through strategic enterprise partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise sales, business development, and client acquisition, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with decision-makers in large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Client Acquisition:

Take complete ownership of the B2B enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to deal closure and onboarding.

  • Strategic Sales Planning:

Develop and execute a well-defined enterprise sales strategy to drive high-value client acquisition and achieve ambitious revenue goals.

  • Market Expansion:

Identify, target, and penetrate new industry verticals and geographies to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

  • High-Value Relationship Management:

Engage with C-level executives, procurement heads, and key stakeholders to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Revenue Growth:

Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth trajectory.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 10–15 years of total experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in new client acquisition or enterprise account hunting roles.
  • Proven experience in selling to mid and large-scale enterprises across sectors such as logistics, construction, energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing.
  • Performance Track Record:

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding high-value sales quotas and bringing in major enterprise accounts.

  • Leadership Qualities:

Self-motivated and proactive professional with strong leadership and team management capabilities. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strategic thinking are essential.

  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive results in a high-growth environment.
  • Availability:

Immediate joiners will be given preference due to the urgency of the role.
