Job Description

Key Deliverables

Lead legal research and provide counsel on emerging technologies, regulations, and business models in the blockchain space
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize key legal documents including agreements, NDAs, and MOUs
Advise internal teams on legal risks and develop practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage external legal relationships and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
