Key Deliverables

Lead legal strategy for product, partnerships, and business initiatives across Web3 landscape
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts
Drive regulatory compliance and risk assessment for fintech and blockchain operations
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to support business goals and transactions

Role Responsibilities

Identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
Create and maintain legal templates and scalable legal processes
