Responsibilities

Senior Manager - Legal

1. Provide strategic legal assistance in corporate risk management and mitigations.
2. Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
3. Manage corporate legal documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
4. Oversee legal processes related to compliance and statutory regulations.
5. Contribute to developing organizational policies to align with legal standards and ethical practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

1. A degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in a corporate environment(LPO background preferred).
3. Proven expertise in corporate law, contract management, compliance, litigation, and statutory frameworks.
4. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
5. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution.
