Senior Manager - IT

Purpose/Objective

Project Location: Chapar, Dhubri (Assam) This position holder will be on role IT Lead position at Adani Power’s Project Site The position holder will be responsible to timely delivery of IT infra as per project phase need of a Green Filed Power Plant setup. This position may also have additional responsibility to carry out Merger and Acquisition as well as site operation related IT lead role

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic:- Ability to lead Site IT department aligned with business needs for critical Power Plant Project Phase - Ability to Drive IT Infra Implementation at Project Site during different phases of project. (Guest House Setup, Porta Cabin Setup, Construction building setup, Different departmental offices, Admin and service building setup) - Ability to Drive digital initiatives with end-to-end ownership. Operational:- Management of IT infrastructure, Applications, Digital Projects at Site. - Highest availability for Business Operation is Key aspect Financial:- Budget Preparation, Budget Governance, Regular MIS People development & growth- Effective communication, Ownership of responsibility is must in attitude - Learning ability for self and team Role & Responsibilities- IT Setup implementation at Project Site. - Ensure User Service Requests are fulfilled by Outsource Agency within SLA - Procurement of IT Material for implementation and running IT Services at Site/Location - Day-to-Day IT Project Management, Cross-functional coordination - IT Asset & Inventory Management, Cost Control - Estimating & Preparing Budgets for Site/Location, Budget v/s Actual Monitoring & Control - Implementing cost cutting measures as decided by Business Management - Assist Training Department to organize IT Related trainings for End-users - The Role Holder will have following responsibilities for the Site/Location - Active participation in business transformation initiatives - Prioritize, manage demand and drive IT initiatives (e.g. Automation Projects, IT & SAP Applications, IT Infra or Security Projects etc.) - Translate business requirements into IT implications & define value proposition. - Partner with business teams to drive IT Enablement and growth - Deliver increased efficiency, performance and cost optimization through IT - Plan for Merger and Acquisition IT part, - SAP Rollout - Network Rollout / migration - Infra migration - Peripheral setup migration - Compliance and Adhere IT security guidelines with Zero deviation. - ISO 27001 implementation and audit experience - Job can be relocated to another site as per business need - Drive site related Digital Initiatives. - Ensure Safety Adherence during site IT project implementation and day to day operation. Qualifications and Experience

- BE / B Tech Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical / MCA. Master’s degree in management will be added advantages
