Role & responsibilities

Modernization Strategy for Operations Technology in India:

Project Management:

Conceptualize and deploy automation solutions including PLC-based controls, Cobots, AMRs, Machine Vision and Robotic cells for assembly area and logistics areas with Ml/AI capability for future.

MES and Digitalization:

Vendor Management:

Build up and Develop the local Industrial Engineering function in terms of skills and competencies and make sure resources are available to drive the project portfolio trough local, cross-functional, international as well as external channels. Lead a team of direct and indirect reports.

Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:

Also responsible for providing feedback to Senior leadership ensuring the needed technology with optimal cost of ownership , deployment etc.

Manage the lifecycle of in-house applications for manufacturingfrom concept design to implementation and support all relevant functions.

Align automation initiatives with ERP, PLM, and quality systems.

Horizontal Deployment of Automation solutions & smart way of manufacturing (Assembly, Inspection, Functional testing & Automated transportation)
