Senior Manager - Human Resources (HRBP)

As a Senior Manager / Manager Human Resources Business Partner at Skechers, your role will involve managing and coordinating programs, policies, and priorities for the North & Upper North region of India. You will be based in Delhi with travel expectations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in employee relations, recruiting and retention strategies, performance management reviews, training initiatives, conflict resolution, and advising on employment policies and practices. Additionally, you will play a key role in career progression and succession planning within the Retail Division. Key Responsibilities: - Train managers on interviewing and selection to Skechers standards and assist in the process for all employees. - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and SKX policies, displaying legislation in work areas. - Collaborate with store management, regional/district teams on employee relations, and resolve issues effectively. - Maintain HR records, seek opinions from HR leadership, and deliver exceptional customer service to all teams. - Provide leadership and support on policy interpretation, performance management, investigations, and training. - Monitor and review compensation guidelines, manage projects, and travel within the region for HR visibility. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations and knowledge of employment laws. - Strong ability to execute HR reports, policies, and initiatives effectively. - Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with store locations and corporate departments. - Flexibility to travel as per business requirements.
