Role & responsibilities : The HR Business Partner will be partnering with the BU/Functional Leaders in crafting people strategy and Talent plans to deliver Business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the strategy and plan. The individual will also be responsible for delivering employee experience and people processes impacting productivity and is the guardian of the culture. This role will have a larger focus on managing Supply chain and operations team. 4 - 8 years of relevant Strategic HRBP experience preferably from Retail supply chain. High on ownership, Problem solving and strategic thinking skills Strong Functional knowledge of Human Resources around Organizational behavior, Performance management , Leadership development practices is a must
