Job Description

Work Location: (Bhopal, Jaipur, Chennai, Gurgaon, Bangalore) Experience : 4-7 years Key Responsibilities: PowerPoint Design Excellence [PRIMARY AND MANDATORY SKILL] Craft visually stunning and professional PowerPoint presentations that align with our business goals and client needs. Collaborate with the PreSales team to transform complex information into simple, engaging visuals that drive client understanding and decision-making. Consistently maintain branding standards across all presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate identity. Design custom graphics, charts, and diagrams that enhance the clarity and impact of each presentation. Web & Mobile Design: Design polished, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for client mockups, proposals, and other digital presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture the essence of the clients requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually engaging screen designs. Ensure that all designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes. Visual Consistency & Brand Alignment: Uphold a high standard of design quality, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines across all projects. Continuously improve and evolve presentation templates, design assets, and digital content to maintain freshness and innovation. Additional Design Support: Assist with the creation of other marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, proposals, and client-facing documents. Offer design expertise and input on any additional visual needs for the PreSales department. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience creating high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations with a strong portfolio to showcase your design capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other design tools for digital asset creation. Solid experience in designing web and mobile UI/UX, with a keen understanding of design principles and user experience best practices. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout, with an eye for detail. Ability to balance creative design with strategic objectives, ensuring that designs are not only aesthetically appealing but also functionally effective. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills & Tools: Design Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint [MANDATORY] , Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and other design tools (e.g., Canva , Figma , Sketch , Axure ). Prototyping & Wireframing: Experience with Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or animation for PowerPoint presentations and digital content. Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. A degree in Graphic Design , Visual Arts , or a related field is desirable.
