Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to drive a high-performance, engaged work culture. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices. Manage complex employee relations issues while ensuring legal and ethical compliance. Lead change management and organizational development initiatives. Act as a cultural champion and support values-driven organizational growth. Own and drive strategic HR portfolios including Learning & Development and Employer Branding . Analyze workforce data to influence business decisions and talent strategies. Support leadership with succession planning and capability development programs. Qualifications Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 810 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a strategic HRBP role. Strong understanding of HR operations across multi-site or geographically dispersed teams. Proficient with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, and skilled in Excel-based data analysis. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and industry HR practices. Preferred Attributes Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities. Agility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
