Senior Manager HR Operations

As the incumbent in this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities in the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the Employee Database, HRIS, and employee-related data activities: - Maintaining accurate and error-free database for all employees at PAN India level - Processing letters, completion of pre and post-joining formalities, and documentation - Coordinating with stakeholders for data gathering and ensuring timely collection - Executing full & final settlement for resigned employees with 100% accuracy - Letter Generation: - Timely and accurate generation of various letters such as PIP letters, Termination letters, relieving letters, and transfer letters - MIS Reports: - Providing error-free and accurate reports including headcount reports - Executing the Mediclaim cycle on time - Maintaining leave balances and monthly organization charts with accurate headcount - HR Automation: - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from HR to liaise with the Technology team for automation of manual processes - Reducing processing time with the help of technology enhancements - Audits: - Handling HR-related audits for all entities with zero issues - Administering the benefits portfolio of the organization - Handling appraisals and annual review cycle Qualifications required for this role: - 12+ years of experience in working in HR operations team - Good verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS products including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Ability to handle multiple projects independently - Detail-oriented and result-oriented If you meet the qualifications and are interested in the role, please share your CV to aayushi.mishra@housing.com.,
