Senior Manager HR Operations

As the incumbent to this role, you will be responsible for managing the following activities: - Maintaining and reviewing accurate, error-free employee database, HRIS, and employee-related data activities for all employees at PAN India level. - Updating new joiners/resigners information, transfers, promotions, etc. in excel format. - Processing letters, completing pre and post-joining formalities, and documenting files accurately and on time. - Ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance on HRIS. - Coordinating with stakeholders for data gathering and ensuring on-time collection. - Executing full & final settlement for resigned employees accurately and on time. - Generating various letters such as PIP letters, Termination letters, relieving letters, transfer letters, and other ad hoc letters related to employees accurately and on time. - Providing error-free and accurate MIS reports including headcount reports, executing the Mediclaim cycle, maintaining leave balances for employees, and monthly organization charts with accurate headcount. - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from HR to liaise with the Technology team for HR automation to reduce processing time and enhance efficiency. - Handling HR related audits for all entities with zero issues. - Administering the benefits portfolio of the organization and handling appraisals and annual review cycles.
