Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pricing experiments across channels and geographiesfrom hypothesis to rollout.
  • Lead strategic programs (e.g., AOV improvement, pricing laddering, BOGO optimization).
  • Partner with product, marketing, supply chain, and retail to align pricing with growth priorities.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, customer segments, and revenue levers.
  • Mentor analysts and work closely with on-ground teams to bridge execution and strategy.

Requirements

  • 610 years in growth, pricing, or strategy roles in a high-growth B2C/retail/D2C company.
  • Strong experience with experimentation, customer insights, and pricing design.
  • Analytical mindset with business judgment; fluent in Excel, SQL, and experimentation logic.
  • Stakeholder-savvy: able to influence across functions and geographies.
  • Experience in omnichannel or global markets is a plus.
