Job Description

ExxonMobil India Careers is looking for Well Management Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain well operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure all work activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
Proven experience in well management engineering, focusing on oil and gas operations.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including HSE and quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CAD and simulation tools.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
