The Role

Senior Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  global business development and export strategy

  for Baidyanath across key international markets.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand Ayurveda’s global footprint.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and wellness partners.
• Ensure smooth compliance with international trade regulations, quality standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to

  adapt Ayurvedic products to diverse cultural and market needs.

• Drive revenue growth while maintaining Baidyanath’s values of authenticity, trust, and quality.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team to achieve export targets with passion and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of proven experience in

  international sales/export management

  , preferably in FMCG, pharma, or wellness industries.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
• A

  strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
