Job Description – ServiceNow Tech Architect Responsibilities: Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead and design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic platform initiatives, providing architectural oversight, and ensuring robust solution delivery in line with business goals and IT best practices. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to Translate Business Requirements to Service Now centric Design & Architecture Work on POCs & Latest SNOW Features (esp. Agentic AI) to design & demonstrate innovative solutions Ensure design is aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Lead the platform strategy, including design, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others. Provide technical governance and review designs, code, and configurations for quality assurance. Define and maintain the technical roadmap for various ServiceNow Solutions Guide and mentor development teams on implementation best practices and solution optimization. Evaluate new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and advise on applicability to the business. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support integrations and ensure architectural integrity. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations across solutions. Own performance tuning and troubleshooting for complex ServiceNow implementations. Support Tech Leads with Hands on Troubleshooting/Guidance on technical impediments with quick design decisions Support GTM Team with Quick High Level Solutioning, Feasibility Check & Effort Estimates, as required.
