Job Description

Responsibilities

. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

. Manage onboarding/induction Team

. Vendor and Stakeholder management.

. Manage and close RFP's/Pricing on time.

. Update current and design new recruiting procedures.

. Participated in recruitment audit/compliance activities . Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

. Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)

. HR Project Management

. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

. Coordinate with department managers and leaders to forecast future hiring needs.

. Participate in job fairs and career events.

. Coordinate with senior HR and Business leadership.
