Position Overview

The Senior Manager – Events will drive the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation ofhigh-impact industry events for client. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise inevent management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliverexceptional experiences aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

Plan and manage corporate, brand, and internal events (physical, virtual, or hybrid) as per business objectives

Create event strategies, concepts, budgets, and timelines

Ensure smooth execution, attendee coordination, and overall event flow

Work closely with internal teams, leadership, and business units to define event goals

Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams for branding and promotions

Act as the main contact for sponsors, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders

Track event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports

Attend industry events to stay updated on trends and best practices

Explore and gather opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and policy engagement through industry participation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in event management, preferably within industryassociations or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale conferences, roundtables,or industry events.
• Strong vendor negotiation, budget management, and project management skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders.
