Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We’re a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping D2C brands scale through high-performance campaigns, e-commerce expansion, and quick commerce operations across India, Europe, UK, and USA.

Role Overview

As COO, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all departments—performance marketing, design, content, brand strategy, client servicing, and marketplace management. You will oversee day-to-day execution, ensure cross-functional alignment, and directly impact revenue growth by optimizing campaigns, improving conversion rates, and expanding into new platforms and geographies.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, UGC, and video assets.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets to maximize ROAS.
  • Align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and CRM strategies.

E-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations

  • Onboard and grow brand presence across marketplaces in India, Europe, UK, and USA.
  • Manage listings, catalogues, ad campaigns, and platform partnerships.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and implement growth strategies.
  • Lead weekly/monthly reviews with marketplace partners.

Operational Leadership & Process Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams for D2C campaigns across digital and marketplace channels.
  • Set up SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Track timelines, ensure accountability, and optimize project management tools.
  • Align strategy, creative, and media teams for smooth execution.
  • Define KPIs with founders and keep team goals on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in operations/team leadership in a digital marketing or D2C setup.
  • Strong negotiation and marketplace management skills.
  • Proven track record in scaling campaigns and managing multi-market operations.
  • Experience with project management tools and cross-team coordination.
