Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Transformation and Data Insights team, which covers Utilities, Travel, Banking, and Retail sectors. Your role will involve leveraging expertise in various transformation levers to collaborate with organizational teams and resources to achieve objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Assessment and Strategy: - Evaluate client operations, systems, and workflows to identify transformation opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives. - Process Redesign and Continuous Improvement: - Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives to streamline operations and improve service delivery. - Implement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Digital Innovation and Automation: - Identify and implement digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness. - Drive automation initiatives using RPA, AI/ GenAI, ML, and other emerging technologies to improve end-customer experience. - Data-Driven Insights: - Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization to generate insights for customer challenges and transformation initiatives. - Lead initiatives to create journey mapping to visualize pain-points and bottlenecks. - Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, and Change Management: - Work closely with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver goals and ensure smooth execution. - Champion change management processes and develop KPIs to measure transformation impact. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in any field. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business transformation and operations management, preferably in BPM environments. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Experience with process mining and analysis tools, data analytics and visualization tools, workflow and BPM tools, ETL, API integration processes, and AI/ Machine Learning platforms. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,
