Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Analytics & Risk Management

Prepare PL (Personal Loan) eligibility base using SQL.
Perform risk segmentation using Decision Trees and Machine Learning models (Python).
Implement credit actions to improve portfolio quality and reduce delinquencies.

2. Process Excellence

Map and document end-to-end credit processes and customer journeys.
Identify deviations and implement corrective changes for process efficiency.
Ensure alignment with internal risk and audit standards.

3. MIS & Reporting

Conduct regular PL portfolio reviews and generate MIS reports.
Automate performance tracking dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
Track KPIs and monitor trends to support decision-making.

Skills & Competencies:

Analytics Tools:
SQL, Python, Excel (Advanced), Tableau
Machine Learning:
Decision Trees, Risk Modeling
Credit Risk Knowledge:
Lending lifecycle, Credit policy understanding
Reporting:
MIS creation, Dashboard automation, Data visualization
Strong problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
