Job Description: You will be responsible for managing and leading teams, defining performance objectives, allocating resources, and ensuring prompt resolution of credit decisions and collection matters. Additionally, you will align individual metrics with corporate objectives, identify talent for development opportunities, and drive efficient credit and collection operations at a regional level. You will evaluate credit risk, authorize credit decisions, resolve challenges with high-value customers, propose structural enhancements, and provide strong leadership across businesses and functions. Your responsibilities will also include talent management, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
