Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Credit Administration team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in finance and banking, with expertise in credit administration, underwriting, and process mapping. Roles and Responsibility
Implement and manage credit admin processes and credit underwriting for the corporate finance division.
Ensure security perfection and appropriate charge creation along with filing in ROC for assets securing the facility.
Coordinate with operations departments for data input, file maintenance, and other tasks.
Generate MIS on revenue leakages as per sanction conditions and follow up for post-disbursal documents (PDD) and deferral MIS.
Check and follow up for security creation and generate reports on credit facilities.
Process map and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job
MBA in Finance or CA degree from a reputable institution.
Strong knowledge of credit administration, underwriting, and financial services.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in generating MIS and managing data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
